The moral moments that tell us who we are

After 22 years of puzzling silence, two men - one a prominent Ontario public servant, the other a retired Quebec dog handler - come forward to give shocking new testimony in the Air India inquiry. Their evidence might point to negligence preceding the 1985 crash that killed 329 passengers, or a cover-up afterward. Or perhaps neither.
