A new type of evil

One of the tricks to newspaper writing is knowing when you're witnessing a trend in action, as opposed to your friends just being strange. Take, for example, the guy I know who spends his spare time collecting typewriters, binding books and complaining about a particular cartoony font called Comic Sans. He collects photos of ugly uses of Comic Sans, and refuses to eat at at least one restaurant that uses it in its sign.
